Today I had the pleasure of interviewing a few people for entry level
positions as Security Guards. During this process I began to wonder how many
people actually prepare for interviews? So, now this question comes to all of
you.
How do you prepare for interviews? Do you do your homework on the
company? At the very least do you type the company name
into Google and review their website?
How do you prepare your resume? Do you have others proof it before you
send it in, or bring it with you? Do you have mock interviews, or consider what
kinds of questions you are likely to be asked? Do you think through your
answers and practice them before hand?
I've had some good interviews in the past, and some not-so-good ones as
well. Most of the time, it isn't the skill level or experience level of the
guard that makes a good interview or not. It is all in the conversation, the
connection, and the comfort level of the people involved in the
interview.
I would love to hear back from you, let me know what you do to prepare,
or if you prepare at all.
You are going to interview the eminent personality for your daily news. You have to come across and pass over the security Guards services of that person. You are under deep vigilance of security guards services of safe hands once you enter an important premise.
